HappyDog Enterprises was founded in 1999 by Mark Clements. Initially specialising in bespoke database solutions, it later expanded outwards to incorporate web design, mulitmedia presentations, teaching, IT support and pretty much anything else that's come along.

Over the course of several years connections were made with various other freelancers, which provided a pool of talent to draw upon whenever a job exceeded our own area of expertise.

When we started to encounter larger jobs - bigger than could be easily managed by one person - a separate partnership was formed between Mark Clements and Lorenzo Gordon of Orange Ideas, to take them on. Maldaba Ltd. was incorporated in July 2006.

HappyDog Enterprises continues in parallel with it's big brother, and remains very much a small, friendly and approachable one-man company.
